How to Unwind to Sleep Better

Turn off all the screens.

Brush your teeth and wash the dishes.

Look at your goals again as you relax. You can read a book for 5 minutes.

Go back to your work place if you work at home, clean the space so you wake up with a fresh mind tomorrow. Don’t leave papers scattered in the table; arrange them and put them back to your files.

Remember, no screens.

Take a look at the calendar just to feel the month and the day passing by.

Get your bullet journal, and write down what you are grateful for today. What situation did you handle well today? Did you accomplish the goals you set for today?

Track your habits. How was your emotional well-being? What did you learn today from yourself and from others? Just journal and let the stream of your thoughts flow, with no force and tension.

Set your intention for tomorrow. You can stretch and meditate to calm down your body and the mind. Visualize tomorrow’s success and situations that might stress you, and how your best self would deal with them.

Before going to sleep, look at your goals again.

Now, go to sleep. Released tension, not attached and excited to be excellent tomorrow.
